This course introduces the important aspects of planning various activities of a project, allocating necessary resources, project costing, and implementing and controlling the progress of a project till completion. A standard Project Management software package will be used in the subject to enhance students’ learning.

Upon successful completion of the modular course, students will be issued’ a Statement of Result which can count towards the attainment of the Diploma in Engineering (Aerospace).
