This subject covers the concepts and techniques of enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and its technology enabled by context-aware robots. Topics covered include RPA concepts, end-to-end automation using RPA tools such as UiPath, software robots, and no or low code development.

You will be assessed by coursework. There are no examinations for this subject.
Certification
Upon successful completion of the modular unit, students will be awarded a Statement of Result which can count towards the attainment of the Specialist Diploma in Digital Service Automation.
