The SkillsFuture Work-Study Certificate (Engineer 4.0) is a new work-learn programme that aims to equip fresh graduates and mid-career individuals with the relevant job-role specific behavioural, mind-set and technical skills in the advanced manufacturing sector.
Participants will learn relevant technical, practical and interpersonal skills through a full-time 8-week training that integrates real industry scenarios with hands-on projects and case studies.
Participants may look forward to job interviews opportunities upon completion of the programme.
Candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents (18 years old & above)
- Fulfilled National Service obligations (for Males)
- Holds an Engineering-related Polytechnic Diploma or Degree qualification
- Able to commit to a full-time 8-week training
- Ready to take up a full-time job upon completion of WSCert
- Knowledge of the basics of Computer-Aided Design (CAD)

Access a pool of job-ready individuals who have been equipped with relevant skills and aptitude.
Reduce upfront training costs as job-ready talent will have already undergone behavioural, mind-set and technical skills related to a specific job role.
Receive a mentorship grant of $5,000 per individual placed in WSCert to provide mentorship for the individual. The mentorship grant is for every successfully placed WSC graduate who are Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
