Course Overview

This is a bundle of 2 MLCs to be completed together:

1. Executing Strategy Effectively      

Breakthrough and innovative ideas must coalesce into a strategic project that can be implemented. Otherwise, the good ideas remained as academic possibilities. Execution is the ability to take effective action to turn ideas into a strategic project that is effective implemented to achieve the desired outcomes.

In this course, we discuss the approach that leaders should take to ensure that their execution of strategic innovations is agile and impactful.

We will focus on how leaders should act, adapt and align innovative breakthroughs to achieve the desired transformation and outcomes.

2. Value-based Leadership During Disruption

Tanri Abeng is one remarkable man known in both the business and political world. He is known not only for his contribution in the different corporates he has been in, but also for his contribution to the government.

In this course, we will focus on prioritizing 5 critical values that Tanri Abeng has shown in his leadership while leading successful conglomerates and real-life examples of how he practiced it in his leadership journey. We trust that through these values, you will find a greater sense of meaning and purpose in your leadership.
