Angeline has been teaching and developing learning content in the area of corporate culture, international business etiquette and customer perception for almost 10 years at Temasek Polytechnic to both pre-employment learners and working adults. She has actively worked on industry projects including running customer service audits and customized training programmes for leading industry partners such as SATS and e2i.
Angeline graduated as Best Overall Degree Student of her cohort from IMI University Centre in Luzern, Switzerland and earned a First Class Honours degree in Hotel and Tourism from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK. She also holds a Higher Diploma in Hotel Management from Shatec Institutes, a Certificate in Food & Beverage Management from Ecole Hoteliere Lausanne, Switzerland and an Advance Diploma in Business Administration from Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia. A believer in lifelong learning, she has trained at the Disney Institute and Harvard Business School specifically in the area of Customer Service Excellence.
