Course Overview

This 2-day short course provides an overview of various aspects in adopting an inclusive approach to gain an appreciation to the Principles of Universal Design that are supported by the understanding of users’ needs, capabilities and challenges in the spatial and built environment.

  6. Universal Design Case Studies

 

The course will be broken down into 6 main sections which are introduced through series of lectures, practical hands on activities and group discussions which focus on achieving and sustaining an inclusive society in the built environment.

Certification

 

Participants who meet at least 75% of the required course attendance and attempt the assessment will be awarded the Certificate of Performance.
