Course Overview

This course aims to equip participants with knowledge and skills in operation, monitoring and maintenance of grid-connected solar photovoltaic(PV) systems. The topics include types of solar PV technologies, design and characterization of solar PV systems, relevant code of practice and electrical requirements as well as integration of battery energy storage. In addition, setting up of data acquisition for monitoring energy performance indicators(ENPIs) and function of the balance of system(BOS) will also be covered in detail.

Entry Requirements

Participants should have relevant working experiences in maintenance of electrical facilities and services in buildings

Who Should Attend

Engineers, associate engineers, estate management officers handling solar photovoltaic and energy storage projects
