Track and field events are divided in to three broad categories: track events, field events and combined events. Track events include sprints, middle and long-distance events, relays and hurdling. Field events are grouped into 2 broad categories, jumps and throws.
Training on Mondays, Thursdays, 6pm to 8pm & Sat, 8.30 – 9.30 am (Sprints & Field Events); Mondays & Wednesdays, 6pm to 8pm (Long Distance). Note that training date may change without prior notice.
