Registration

Online registration period: 9 - 14 April 2026

Full-time graduands Part-time graduands
Registration Online registration is not required. Part-time graduands must complete online registration between 9 April to 14 April to enable us to allocate a seat according to the order that you will be presented on stage.

You must report at least one hour before the ceremony begins for attendance marking.

Guide for online registration

1) Check your personal email for the graduation invitation.

2) Click here to register.

3) Indicate your attendance as well as that of your guests.

4) Verify your information and submit your registration.

Request for special seating arrangement due to mobility issues Inform your Course Chair or Care Person. Indicate your request during online registration.
All graduands must wear the TP graduation attire when receiving their diploma on stage. Please visit the official graduation attire vendor’s website for details.

 

Full-time graduands and registered part-time graduands:

  1. You will receive the following by end April:
     
    • An email containing a QR code for check-in and your allocated seat sector.
      Do check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive the email.

    • Two guest admission tickets sent by post. Admission for your guests is strictly by these tickets.

    If you do not receive the email or guest admission tickets by end April, please contact tpgraduation2026@pico.com (this email is managed by Pico Art International Pte Ltd on behalf of TP.)

  2. Children below the age of 5 are not allowed to attend the ceremony. We seek your understanding that guests with young children who cause disruption may be asked to leave the auditorium.

  3. Online viewing through live streaming of ceremony will be available at the Graduation website.

  4. Refer to the Ceremony Day section for details on the dress code, items to bring, check-in procedures and ceremony proceedings.
