If you haven’t already, apply for your Singpass now. You can only submit your application through the JAE Internet System using your Singpass.

You'll receive your softcopy Form A from MOE via email. It contains the following important information:

  • Your CCA Grade.
  • Your raw ELR2B2 aggregate scores for polytechnic courses.
  • Course codes of courses that you are eligible to apply for through JAE. The courses listed are those that you have met the minimum entry requirements for based on your GCE O-Level results.

  1. For polytechnic courses, applicants will be ranked according to their aggregate of English Language (EL), 2 relevant subjects (R2) and 2 other best subjects (B2), in short, ELR2B2, based on their GCE O Level results.
  2. Your ELR2B2 score depends on which diploma course you are applying for and the diploma courses are grouped under the Aggregate Types of ELR2B2-A, ELR2B2-B, ELR2B2-C and ELR2B2-D.
  3. Applicants who are active in their secondary school’s Co-curricular Activities (CCA) may gain up to 2 CCA bonus points that are used to compute the net ELR2B2 aggregate scores.

Finally, complete your 12 JAE choices by including courses that you comfortably meet, based on the previous year's last aggregate scores.

    • Successful JAE & JAE Appeal applicants will receive their enrolment packages via email from end February / early March onwards
    • Complete the acceptance & enrolment online via TP website by the stipulated deadline stated on the enrolment notice
    • Submit Medical Report and other documents as stated in the enrolment package
