1 Gold, 3 Silver at FHA Culinary Challenge

Four teams from ASC bagged a total of 1 Gold and 3 Silver awards in the Food & Hotel Asia (FHA) Culinary Challenge 2018. This international competition was held from 24 to 27 Apr 2018 at the Singapore Expo and Suntec Singapore. Our Baking & Culinary Science students have consistently been doing well in the FHA Culinary Challenge since 2014, where they beat participants from hotels, restaurants and culinary training institutions from the Asia region to clinch multiple awards.
We had 8 students participating in the FHA Culinary Challenge 2018 and all garnered an award as follows:
