A team of TP students - Su Jun Hao, Shaun Lee, Phyllis Poh from Dip in Accountancy & Finance, together with Chung Jia Ying from Dip in Early Childhood Studies was named Champions in the CITI-SMU Financial Literacy Challenge 2019.

SMU hosted the CITI-SMU Financial Literacy Challenge 2019 for students to participate and acquire financial literacy knowledge. More than 15 teams from the polytechnics and ITE participated in the event, which included experiential learning on the theme of cryptocurrency, and trading. Minister Josephine Teo presented prizes to the winners of the CITI-SMU Financial Challenge.
