Temasek Polytechnic has been conducting the customised “Airline Industry Workshop” for the Officers, Senior Officers and Supervisors from various divisions of SIA. | Bridging Over Troubled Waters – Psychological First Aid | Psychological First Aid (PFA) is a caring and compassionate approach to assisting people coping with stressful or traumatic life events. | Introduction to Behavioural Insights | This course will provide a basic introduction to the field of behavioural insights (BI), which is the application of behavioural sciences to improve policy design, work processes, and service delivery through nudging individuals’ behaviours.
