Course Outline
On completion of this unit, you will have the advanced knowledge and ability in conducting crowd and traffic control operations and be able to apply them to complex workplace scenarios.
This includes:
- Supervise and manage difficult crowd situations
- Handle escalated problems with professional communication
- Coordinate complex traffic scenarios including work zones
- Manage vehicle accidents and incidents through prescribed procedures
- Ensure smooth traffic flow and enforcement actions
- Apply LTA Code of Practice for work zone traffic control
*Completing this course does not automatically mean that you are deemed competent, as the required On-The-Job Training (OJT) component must also be completed.
