Course Overview

This course will provide an overview of Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT). The course will explain the purpose and the components of IIOT, the benefits and possible challenges, and provide the applications of IIOT in various industries. It will also introduce the various types of IOT protocols for machine-to-machine (M2M) communication and provide guidance for participants to identify the appropriate IOT protocol for M2M communication.

Who Should Attend

Participants who are interested to gain some insights into the Industry Internet of Things and its application, and acquire some knowledge on IOT protocols for M2M communication.

Mode of Assessment

Quizzes – measure participants’ understanding of the purpose and application of Industry Internet of Things. It will also assess their understanding on the key concepts of IOT protocols and their application.
