By the end of this intensive program, participants will be equipped to lead enterprise-wide AI adoption and turn productivity gaps into scalable growth opportunities. Participants will achieve the following:

- Master Multi-Department Agent Orchestration to move beyond individual AI productivity to design and orchestrate complex AI agent systems that operate simultaneously across multiple departments, such as Human Resource, Finance, and Operations.
- Adopt the Agent Boss Paradigm Shift to facilitate a crucial mindset change among business leaders to manage a hybrid workforce. You will learn how to transition every human employee into an Agent Boss who manages their own team of AI assistants.
- Manage the New Hybrid Workforce by acquiring the executive leadership skills required to effectively evaluate, lead, and manage these new teams of human Agent Bosses at scale.
- Establish Enterprise-Grade Governance and Security to go far beyond basic AI privacy by developing in-depth data foundations, compliance protocols, and structural security frameworks required for safe company-wide agentic system deployment.
- Develop an Executable Transformation Roadmap and walk away with a Digital Innovation Transformation Roadmap that is structured to support enterprise-level grant applications like the Enterprise Development Grant.
Certification
Participants who meet at least 75% of the required course attendance and attempt the assessment will be awarded the Certificate of Completion.
