Course Overview

This course is designed to introduce sustainability practitioners to carbon management standards, calculating and reporting basic Greenhouse Gas emissions, understanding Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions and to carbon markets.  Practitioners will develop a good foundational knowledge to develop further educational expertise in the specific carbon management standards and how to apply them in the workplace.

Entry Requirements

Foundational knowledge of sustainability is recommended.

Sustainability officers and employees tasked with Greenhouse Gas reporting roles.

There will be an assessment at the end of the course and participants will be awarded a Certificate of Completion upon passing the assessment and upon meeting 75% of the required course attendance.
