Course Overview
The purpose of this module is to prepare and evaluate the readiness of trainees for practical assessments and proficiency checks for the Class A (Rotorcraft) Unmanned Aircraft Pilot License (UAPL).
Class A (Rotorcraft) will include the following:
- Multi-rotor up to 7kg (UA must weigh at least 1kg and flyable in ATTI mode)
- Multi-rotor up to 25kg (UA must weigh at least 15kg and flyable in ATTI mode)
- Helicopter below 25kg (UA must weigh at least 1 kg and flyable in ACRO mode)
Entry Requirements
- Applicant must have a good command of the English language.
- Applicant must be at least 16 years old.
- The applicant is required to bring their own unmanned aircraft
DRONE CHECK
The applicant is required to provide your drone’s specification to Mr Desmond Ng (desmond_ng@tp.edu.sg) for validation to ensure that it is suitable for assessment prior to application.
