Course Overview

If you are a police officer or a private security professional, you play an essential role in maintaining law and order and providing security and peace of mind to members of the public.

If you are in the police force or if you have an interest in criminal law in Singapore, this course will provide you with an all-round and interesting knowledge of offences under the Penal Code. You will also learn about drug offences, white collar crimes, and immigration laws. You will not only be studying the laws but will also be examining real-life cases.

Mr Moses J Danial

Moses J Danial holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of London and an LL.M from the National University of Singapore. Before joining Temasek Business School in 2009, he was at the Ministry of Manpower (Legal Services Department) as Prosecutor. He teaches criminal procedures & evidence, criminal law, commercial law, contract law and law of tort, with a focus on adult learners.
