Nutrition has gained recognition as a major factor in chronic diseases. Research now supports the view that alterations made in diet can have strong effects on health.

Learn to manage chronic diseases through this course that will prepare you with practical knowledge in basic nutrition, effective weight management, benefits of functional foods and healthy menu planning. In addition, you will learn how to optimize exercise performance and recovery by choosing the right nutrition strategies.
