The SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP) – Patient Service Associate trains you for a vital frontline role in healthcare, delivering essential administrative and customer service support.
As a PSA, you’ll manage patient appointments, handle inquiries, process payments, and offer basic financial guidance. You may also assist medical staff with simple clinical tasks like measuring height, weight, and blood pressure, ensuring patients have a smooth and positive experience.
With strong demand in Singapore’s healthcare sector, graduates can work in public and private institutions, including hospitals, polyclinics, and specialist clinics. This role is perfect for those who enjoy customer service, administrative work, and helping others with empathy. No prior medical qualifications are required, making it ideal for newcomers or career switchers looking to enter healthcare.
