The Mentorship Support Grant (MSG), supported by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), helps enterprises access expert project mentorship through consultancy and implementation-led training. Temasek Polytechnic works with companies to improve worker skills, enterprise productivity, and job redesign.

What is MSG

What is the Mentorship Support Grant?

The MSG co-funds project mentorship support provided by Autonomous Universities, Polytechnics, and ITEs (AUs/Polys/ITE). Through Temasek Polytechnic, enterprises can receive professional guidance to:

  • Enhance workforce skills

  • Improve productivity through process innovation

  • Support sustainable job redesign initiatives

  • Singapore-registered enterprises (SMEs and non-SMEs)
  • Companies ready to embark on skills development, productivity improvement, or job redesign projects
  • Enterprises committed to providing training opportunities for employees

Project Stages for Enterprise Transformation

Our project stages provide a structured and results-driven framework to support enterprises in their transformation journey. Each stage is designed to ensure that business challenges are thoroughly understood, solutions are strategically developed, and outcomes are delivered with measurable impact.

 

  • Stage 1: Business Needs Analysis and Problem Definition – A detailed assessment is conducted to examine the enterprise’s operations, identify performance gaps, and define clear problem statements. This establishes a solid foundation for designing effective interventions.
     

  • Stage 2: Consultancy and Solution Development – Through close collaboration with the enterprise, customised training and business solutions are developed. These solutions are tailored to address specific challenges while aligning with organisational priorities and long-term goals.
     

  • Stage 3: Project-Based Solution Implementation – Solutions are implemented through hands-on, project-based training. This approach not only embeds practical skills within the workforce but also drives tangible improvements in productivity and business performance.
