Phua Wei Si had many wins under her belt during her time in TP, pitting her skills against others more experienced than her. She has a special love for Western plated dessert and French pastry. Always curious and creative, Wei Si enjoys playing with flavours and colours, and is extremely focused and dedicated to her art. She is especially skilful in the fine work that is required in pastry-making.
