Singapore National Employers Federation partners with Temasek Polytechnic to develop human resource accelerator program

In order to nurture talents in human resources and boost their skills in the relevant fields, the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) partnered with Temasek Polytechnic (TP) to develop the Structured Human Resource Accelerator Program or SHAPE in short. SNEF’s executive director Sim Gim Guan and principal and CEO of TP, Peter Lam, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on SHAPE on 1 Aug. This 5-year program aims to help participants have a comprehensive understanding of the human resource industry and develop talents.
