Course Overview

This training programme will equip learners with comprehensive knowledge and skills needed to design a structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) blueprint for the workplace. It will cover topics such as techniques to identify the scope of work, concepts to properly design assessment criteria and processes to impart skills via workplace training, key success factors in developing a good blueprint, development of a comprehensive OJT checklist, and how to review and evaluate the effectiveness of OJT in the organisation.

Who Should Attend

Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders, Trainers, Coaches, Mentors and Programme Managers, especially those involved in Work-Study Programmes who aspire to develop structured OJT blueprints to help their organisations enhance knowledge management.

On-the-Job Training (OJT) Blueprint Submission





Participants will be issued with a e-Certificate of Performance upon meeting 75% of the required course attendance and completion of the assessment. Issuance of e-Certificate will be email out 1 month upon course completion to your Email Account.

For payment by SFC, TP reserves the right to recover the payment for withdrawal cases via other payment modes (eNETS, credit card etc.) even though the SFC will be refunded to them.

Please note that participants should achieve at least 75% of attendance and sit for the assessment at the end of the course. Participants who fail to meet the requirements will be withdrawn from their funding eligibility and participant/company sponsor will be requested to make payment for the difference in the course fee, which is the funded amount.
