It is specifically designed for pet boarders and staff working in pet care facilities, providing them with the essential knowledge and practical skills to ensure regulatory compliance and high standards of animal welfare.

Participants who complete the 22-hour self-directed e-learning, attend the practical session at TP, and pass the written examination will be awarded a Certificate of Completion.

The written examination comprises 15 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and 3 short answer questions. A minimum passing score of 80% is required.
