Course Overview

This course empowers working adults aged 50 and above to confidently integrate Generative AI into their daily work practices. Designed for individuals who already have a basic understanding of Gen AI, the programme focuses on practical workplace applications that enhance productivity, improve work quality, and support career adaptability.

 

Whether you are seeking to remain competitive in your current role, explore new career opportunities, or return to the workforce, this course provides hands-on experience in using AI tools to simplify routine tasks, make informed decisions, and work more efficiently without requiring any technical expertise.

Entry Requirements

  • Participants should have basic digital literacy (able to use a laptop and browse the internet). Prior attendance at an introductory AI awareness session is recommended. 
  • Participants are required to bring their own device - a laptop with internet access via Chrome browser.

Who Should Attend

Working adults aged 50 and above, including those re-entering the workforce, mid-career switchers, self-employed and mature workers seeking to upskill.

 

Suitable for roles in administration, customer service, retail, healthcare support, and general office work.

Participants who meet at least 75% of the required course attendance and passed the assessment will be awarded with Temasek Polytechnic’s Certificate of Completion.
