This year, the e-career fair aims to create awareness and engagement for students and graduates who are seeking employment opportunities and further education pathways in the new normal. Not only are full-time positions and traineeships available, part-time, contract and temporary positions will also be introduced for attendees!

Gain insights on a recruiter’s perspective with Kelly Services and LinkedIn from 9 to 13 November, 2020 (Flex Week). During their respective talks, learn what it means to have an effective resume as well as the basics of LinkedIn to give your portfolio a boost! To further enhance your experience with the career fair, get tips on job search, networking and business etiquette from Workforce Singapore.

TPOF hopes to inculcate the culture of lifelong learning through work-study programmes and continuing education from the five polytechnics. To be ready for their future, students and graduates also would have to adapt to the current climate by adopting traineeships as a possible career pathway and acquiring skills upgrading opportunities.

Speakers from 6 local universities and Temasek Skillsfuture Academy will share about pathways for further education and skills upgrading. In the industry panels, industry experts from the MOH Holdings and AI Singapore will provide details on adjusting to the different types of job opportunities in unprecedented times.

Industry partners like Our Grandfather Story, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ninjavan and Energy Market Authority will be conducting webinars from 16 - 27 November during the second and third week of TPOF. These sessions will be conducted by a variety of industry sectors, from media and public service to logistics technology.
