Interest in electronics and aerospace engineering shared by his father and younger brother prompted Mr. Muhammad Hasnaat Islam to decide to take an electronics diploma course at Temasek Polytechnic. Through the three-year course, Mr. Hasnaat was also given the opportunity to represent Temasek Polytechnic and also Singapore in the WorldSkills Asean skills competition on 25-28 Jul in the electronics category. Mr. Hasnaat's abilities were recognised when he appeared among the winners of the 'Medallion of Excellence' announced on 27 Jul.
