In conjunction with Singapore Design Week, Temasek Polytechnic School of Design is excited to bring you GENERATIONS—a one-day event that celebrates the experimentation and integration of emerging technology, with a special focus on Generative AI, in design education.  Join us for a one-day event filled with hands on workshops, insightful sharing sessions, engaging panel discussion, and a tour of TP’s very own AI studio, IDEAS. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: 

  • Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. 
  • Conference seats are only confirmed once you receive a registration acknowledgement. 
  • For workshops and the studio tour, you'll receive a confirmation email once your registration and seat placement are successfully processed. 
  • Materials will be provided for the workshops.

Get ready to dive into one of our curated workshops, each anchored in the theme of Design Futures and infused with the power of Generative AI. Whether you’re interested in the FUTURE OF LEARNING, the FUTURE OF WORK, the FUTURE OF PLAY, or the FUTURE OF EXPERIENCE, you’ll get to explore how design and AI are shaping what’s next. 

 

All four workshops will run concurrently and seats are limited. 

 

*Please note that the "FUTURE OF LEARNING" workshop requires the use of an Apple device (iPad, Macbook or iPhone), while the "FUTURE OF PLAY" workshop requires the use of a laptop and Adobe CC account. Please select these workshops only if you can bring the required device.

Step into the ever-evolving "Interactive Digital Experiments with Generative AI Studio" (IDEAS) and experience a showcase that bridges the past, present, and future of design. Discover the impact of alumni who’ve returned to share their pioneering work in Generative AI, be inspired by current students' innovative projects, and glimpse into the future through unconventional experiments by our staff, students, and even the next generation of designers. This tour offers a unique look at how design continues to evolve across generations.
