Overview

 

The Library is open to current TP students, staff and members. Library uses Facial Recognition at the entrance to authenticate authorised members for entry. 

 

Please note:

 

  1. Due to vendor licensing agreements, access to the online resources is restricted to current TP students and staff only.
  2. The Library reserves the right to review loan privileges when necessary.
  3. Membership fee paid is non-refundable.
  4. The Library reserves the right to approve or reject applications and will not disclose the reason for any rejection.

Alumni Membership

 

All graduates of TP’s full-time or part-time diploma programmes are eligible for the alumni membership. Loan privileges can be viewed from the Borrowing Privileges page under External Members.

  • Cost of alumni membership: $21.80 per annum (Membership fee paid is non-refundable)
    Complete the appropriate application form. Payment can be made after receiving a notification of a successful application or renewal via email.

Family Readership

 

TP staff requesting access to the library for family members, can apply for a Family Readership pass. Please note that the readership pass does not include borrowing privileges or access to e-resources.

Retiree Membership

 

TP staff who have retired at the official retirement age are eligible for the retiree membership. Membership is free. From 1 July 2025, all new TP Retiree applicants will be granted a 10-year membership validity period by default, without the requirement for annual renewals. Loan privileges can be viewed from the Borrowing Privileges page under External Members.

SEN Caregiver Readership

 

A caregiver or family member of a TP SEN student who wishes to regularly enter the library, may approach the Student Support & Career Services (SSCS) department to request a recommendation via email. This service is complimentary. Please note that the readership pass does not include borrowing privileges or access to e-resources.
