This subject will cover the process and design considerations in the planning and design of security protection of industrial and commercial facilities.
Objectives
This subject aims to provide students with in-depth knowledge of the process, applications, design consideration in security planning and design. The students should be able to prepare a protection security plan and implementation process for an important sensitive installation.
Applicants applying for modular units which are drawn from existing full diploma or post-diploma programmes will have the same minimum entry requirements as the full qualifications.

Upon successful completion of the modular unit, students will be awarded the Statement of Result which can count towards the attainment of the following courses:
Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Closed during lunchtime, 12:00pm - 1:00pm
and on weekends and public holidays.
