  • Identify potential challenges in delivery of services and take appropriate action in compliance with standards, code of conduct as well as rules and regulation.
  • Raise information relevant to service issues that surface.
  • Initiate appropriate service recovery procedures in response to service issues that may arise.
  • Identify possible solutions that could mitigate emerging service issues and evaluate their feasibility with using information available.
  • Uphold good work etiquette and interact professionally with customers.
