Course Overview

Getting doctors to reduce unnecessary antibiotics prescriptions. Persuading website visitors to buy the listed products. Encouraging people to donate more to charity. What connects these seemingly unrelated scenarios? The answer is Behavioural Insights, the science of nudging behaviours, that can be employed to influence and change people’s behaviours in these scenarios.

Even if they don’t realize it, most organizations are in the business of changing behaviours, whether they are from the public, the commercial, or the not-for-profit sector. In this course, you will be taught to apply the Understand-Solve-Evaluate (USE) framework to apply Behavioural Insights principles and help your organization nudge individuals’ behaviours for beneficial outcomes.
