Bavani began her career in molecular neuroscience research before transitioning to healthcare where she was involved in population health and community transformation. Bavani pursued a Master of Gerontology at the Singapore University of Social Sciences which fuelled her keen interest in dementia care.
Currently, as a lecturer at Temasek Polytechnic's Diploma in Social Sciences in Gerontology, Bavani collaborates with industry leaders in dementia care to develop a curriculum on Mental Health and Dementia Management.

Izad began his career as a SPED teacher at AWWA School in 2007, working with students with moderate to severe autism and multiple disabilities. As the subject head of ICT, he developed and integrated a specialized ICT curriculum into daily lessons. After gaining international experience in Shanghai, he completed his Master in Education (Special Education) from the National Institute of Education, Singapore.
Now at Temasek Polytechnic, Izad teaches Psychology and Special Education related modules while collaborating with industry leaders in the SPED sector.
