The EAST framework was developed by the United Kingdoms Behavioural Insights Team. The objective is to influence individuals behaviour through four main design principles: Easy, Attractive, Social and Timely (EAST). In this project, all principles were used as a guide, especially Easy, Attractive and Timely, to influence more professionals to use the toolkit with their caregiversFacilitative Tool for Social Service Professionals Easy: Instructions were simplified and formatted in a way that to ensure the interface is clear and organised. The first page of each activity is consistent throughoutActivities in the toolkit were also simplified so that it is now more self-explanatory and simpler to respond by caregivers.
