b'DEVELOPMENT OF AN ENHANCED WECARE TOOLKITOrientationThe orientation programme could have a longer duration overall as the previous study found that participants felt that the duration of the orientation was insufficient for them to understand and try out the tools. Next, the content of the orientation was changed accordingly with the modified toolkit and suggested frameworks. More hands-on activities were added, and more time was allocated for the activities so that professionals will be able to learn how to apply the tools to their work as well as practice using them. Additional ResourcesTrainers Manual The trainers manual is a guide for trainers on the activities to be conducted during the session. It consists of suggested step-by-step instructions to ease facilitation by trainers. Trainers Manual The trainers manual is a guide for trainers on the activities to be conducted during the session. Orientation SlidesA set of orientation slides has been created so that trainers can use them during the orientation sessions. Trainers are encouraged to modify the slides according to the social service sector of the professionals attending the orientation. Post-OrientationA post-orientation package consisting of the following items will be sent to the participants.A learning objectives checklist, the orientation slides deck so that participants can refer to them after the orientation if they need to and lastly a feedback form so that evaluation of the orientation can be carried out for the orientation to be improved. ConclusionIt is essential for caregivers to learn effective coping strategies to improve their caregiving experience. In this project, the research team sought to further improve the existing We Care toolkit and orientation by addressing the limitations found in the previous study and to make changes to maximize its potential. The research team strongly believes that the improvements made to both the toolkit and orientation will assist more professionals in guiding their caregivers through their caregiving journey. Future research can focus on conducting usability testing of the prototypes and subsequently refining them so that the We Care toolkit and orientation can achieve their maximum potential to help professionals in their work with caregivers. 7TH PSYCHOLOGY STUDIES 18STUDENT CONFERENCE 2021'
