b'DEVELOPMENT OF AN ENHANCED WECARE TOOLKITActivities of high sensitivity were modified to make sure that both professionals and caregivers can reap the benefit from it. For example, activities such as the Caregiver Typologies has been identified to be highly sensitive in nature, due to the tendency to label or categorise, hence professionals did not feel comfortable using it. The revised edition of the activity allows only the professionals to profile caregivers for their own reference, while the categories remain unknown to the caregiversIncorporating the Element of Time The content of the activities were changed to focus on the past, present and future, allowing caregivers to set, revisit and revise goals.Based on the principle of "Timely", SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely) goals were added to certain activities to encourage continual usage of the toolkit for professionals and caregivers. This addresses the limitation that the use of the toolkit cannot be further stretched and might be forgotten. OrientationThe orientation activities were created based on the first three levels of objectives in the Blooms Taxonomy. Remembering includes being able to memorize and recall the aim of the tools (termed as Remember). The stages of Understanding and Applying were combined as they are closely related. In these two stages, participants are to demonstrate their understanding by utilizing what they have learned in the activities (termed as Apply). Pre-OrientationThe first change proposed is for NCSS to conduct a screening of participants before the orientation sessions to ensure that the toolkit is relevant to the jobs of participants. Additionally, the social service sector that participants are in can be identified so that the trainers can better prepare and tailor the orientation to match the social service sector. The second change proposed is to email a pre-orientation package, consisting of the Who Cares publication, the We Care toolkit and details of the orientation, to participants in order to help with the issue that some participants were unsure of what to expect.7TH PSYCHOLOGY STUDIES 17STUDENT CONFERENCE 2021'
