b'Managing Mental Health In The WorkplaceFindingsParticipants in the pilot run of the training program felt the program was generally effective and that the content covered was adequate with clear learning outcomes. Majority of the participants felt that the Caring for Others segment was the most relevant to them, especially the use of the RESPECT framework. The participants identified that the sharing of experiences by the facilitator, discussion sessions, and mental health videos provided, were evidentstrengths of the program. One major issue faced was the complexity and phrasing of concepts and frameworks especially in the Caring for Yourself segment. Many parts from Caring for Yourself were excluded or cut down which made the program less effective in equipping ROs with the tools and information for them to care for their own mental well-being. Participants suggested using more case studies and social situations in the local workplace context to make the examples more relevant to the TP workplace. Additionally, both participants and facilitators agreed that the Mindfulness model and the related theories covered could be simplified to make the content more digestible.Figure 1Figure 2 Analysis of post-training survey by ROs forAnalysis of post-training survey by ROs for the Most Helpful Topics Covered the effectiveness of the program 7TH PSYCHOLOGY STUDIES 66STUDENT CONFERENCE 2021'
