This course will provide participants with the understanding on the key elements of F&B management such as planning, organizing, communicating, decision-making, motivation and control.

  5. Define human resource management challenges for recruitment, training, motivation and staff development.

 

Mode of Assessment

 

Quizzes – measure participants’ understanding of key concepts and application of concepts learnt for each topic

Group sharing – measure participants’ ability to reflect and apply learning and active participation in discussions.
