This is a bundle of 2 MLCs to be completed together:

1. Leadership In AI

Artificial Intelligence (AI) refers to the technology that enables machines to think, reason and decide like humans. Applications that use AI are all around us, from our smartphones, payment apps such as Fave and PayNow, as well as other software such as online meeting platform Zoom, and writing platform Generative Pre-trained Transformer 3 (GPT-3). The continued AI presence is set to get bigger, as in autonomous vehicles and the Internet of Things (IoT).

But how will AI influence the future, especially for those among us who are not tech-savvy and who do not like the changes computerization brings?

In this course, you will learn about the benefits and concerns arising from the adoption of AI. You will learn about the major concerns about AI adoption, regulatory frameworks used around the world, and directions to be considered as we navigate the development of AI in the future.

2. How to Think Ahead to Prepare for the Future

Do you feel confident enough to lead your organization through unexpected challenges?

We live in a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous world, or V.U.C.A for short. As a leader, it is up to you to think ahead and plan strategically to ready yourself and your team for any kind of challenge. It’s pretty much survival.

So what choices should you make now to prepare for the future? This course will show you crucial steps in preparing yourself and your organization for a V.U.C.A. world.
