Course Overview

This is a bundle of 2 MLCs to be completed together:

1. Leadership in Big Data and IoT      

Billions of interrelated physical devices in the world today are now connected to the internet, simultaneously collecting and sharing precious data. With this, our world is getting smarter and more responsive, seamlessly merging the digital and physical universes.

You know that data is being collected, but how can you make sense of the sheer volume of seemingly unintelligible data? In this course, I will use relatable, everyday examples so that you're better able to appreciate the value of IoT and Big Data, as well as their respective risks.

2. The Human Impact of Crisis Management

'The Human Impact of Crisis Management' was created to upskill anyone interested in managing any crisis. The goal in this course is not for us to have a response for every crisis but to navigate it effectively by understanding the human impacts during a crisis. The belief is that to manage a crisis, one needs to understand the behaviors of people in it. With that, one will be in a better position to cope with any kind of crisis.
