At the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Recognize the scope and requirements of a Training Needs Analysis to meet client's needs.
- Select the appropriate data collection methods for Training Needs Analysis.
- Select the appropriate data analysis methods to analyse the collected data for Training Needs Analysis.

Tests / Quizzes – assess participants’ understanding of key concepts and application of concepts learnt for each topic.
Group discussion/sharing – allows participants’ to reflect, share and apply what they have learnt and participate actively in discussions.
