Course Overview
This advanced master class is designed for experienced educators, facilitators, and learning designers who wish to deepen their expertise in experiential learning design. Building on Level 1, this course challenges participants to critically examine complex learning environments, design multi-modal learning solutions, and integrate hybrid elements for contemporary learners. The course adopts a reflective and mini project based approach, enabling participants to evaluate and optimise experiential learning for performance outcomes.
- Apply advanced principles of experiential learning to complex learning contexts
- Design inclusive and adaptive experiential learning solutions using multiple modes
- Evaluate the impact of experiential learning on learner engagement and performance
- Develop learning experience strategies to address learning needs.
- Facilitate strategic reflection to support deep learning and behavioural change
Certification
Participants who meet at least 75% of the required course attendance and pass the assessment will be awarded the Certificate of Completion.
