Course Overview

Many cancers are influenced by daily lifestyle and dietary choices. This practical, evidence-based short course is designed to empower participants with credible knowledge and skills to support cancer prevention through nutrition and healthier habits.

 

The programme combines current scientific insights with interactive learning to highlight protective foods, high-risk dietary patterns, and effective behaviour changes. Participants will engage in cooking demonstrations, label-reading exercises, and movement activities that illustrate how small adjustments can promote better health outcomes.

 

By the end of the course, each participant will have a clear understanding of cancer-related nutrition principles and a personalised plan to incorporate sustainable practices into everyday life.
