Course Overview

Have you always wanted to create engaging marketing collaterals using digital technology? This then is the course for you! You will acquire an appreciation of typography and its usage in layout to create content. Having knowledge of design software is just the beginning. Take a step further with this course by learning how to design effectively.

You will grasp composition and layout techniques to create impactful communications that will help your business or product stand out. At the end of the course, you will be able to create simple, digital-based communication collaterals of professional standards without the need to have prior imaging software knowledge. This course will utilize easy-to-use freeware image editors.

Basic Computer Knowledge.

Participant is to bring their own laptop and charger.

Ms Chung Yin Quan Lynette

Lynette’s multi-decade career in design has straddled the creative industry as a practitioner and lecturer. She worked with clients such as Citibank, DBS Bank, Lucent Technologies and Virgin Mobile before finding her calling in design education at the Temasek Polytechnic School of Design. Today, Lynette teaches tomorrow’s designers in communication design, specializing in Branding in particular.
