Course Overview

Thinking of starting your own F&B business? Revenue management is a key skillset to optimise your business profits. In this course, you will discover how revenue management can help increase your profits by allocating the right inventory to the right customers at the right price through the right channel at the right time.

 

You will also learn how to assess and analyse business outcomes using performance indicators and understand the impact of technology in the F&B industry. Airlines and hotels also put these useful and industry-relevant techniques into practice today!

People who have no prior knowledge in the area of revenue management.

Requirements

 

Please note that participants should achieve at least 75% of attendance and sit for the assessment at the end of the course. Participants who fail to meet the requirements will be withdrawn from their funding eligibility and participant/company sponsor will be requested to make payment for the difference in the course fee, which is the funded amount.
