The Alumni Division promotes warm and sustained relations between our graduates and TP. We are committed to making TP a home for you to return to, and a place where you can develop your professional and personal competencies, partake in our diverse array of programmes, experience new offerings, or simply to network socially and relive fond memories. TP Alumni Membership

We are pleased to inform you that all graduates of TP’s full-time/part-time diploma programmes will be automatically inducted as alumni upon graduation. Hence, you no longer have to go through any formal application process in order to be recognised as a TP alumnus!

  

As an alumnus, you will enjoy access to exciting career, personal and professional development events, as well as enjoy a host of benefits and privileges as part of our extended family (e.g. booking of selected campus facilities).

TP Library Membership

Graduates of full-time and part-time courses are eligible to apply for the TP Alumni Library Membership at a rate of  $20, subjected to prevailing GST.

 

Only TP Library members are entitled to enter and use its facilities. Please check the loan privileges for External Members for more details.

Booking of Facilities

Keen on a round of badminton or a few laps around the pool to kickstart or end your day? All alumni are welcome to return to TP to access *selected facilities on campus! Bookings are subjected to approval and will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

(*Please note that only selected campus facilities are available for booking or use by alumni (refer to table below). Those that are not reflected (e.g. gym, futsal/soccer pitch, volleyball court) are strictly not open for booking or use by alumni.)

 

For facilities that are open for booking/use by alumni, the following rates will apply:

  • All sports facilities are open from Mondays to Fridays (9am - 9pm).
  • Saturday opening hours: Swimming Complex (8:30am - 6pm), other sports facilities (9am - 5pm).
  • Sunday opening hours: Swimming Complex (8:30am - 6pm), all other sports facilities are closed.
  • Public Holidays: Swimming Complex (8:30am - 6pm), all other sports facilities are closed.


For Walk-in basis, please refer to the following table for availability of the TP Running Track and Swimming Pool.  Please note that the availability of the stated facilities is subject to changes without prior notice. TP Alumni are encouraged to write-in to tpalumni@tp.edu.sg to confirm availability before using these facilities.

Personal Bookings

 

  • Each alumni is entitled to an hour of booking per facility per week.
  • All quoted rates are subjected to prevailing GST.
  • Enquiries on the availability of the facilities can be made via the Alumni Hotline: 6780 5656 (8:30am to 6:30pm, Mondays to Fridays). Alternatively, an email enquiry can be sent to alumni@tp.edu.sg.
  • All booking requests are subjected to approval by the Student Development & Alumni Affairs Department (SDAA). Please submit the request preferably two weeks prior to the booking date.
  • Upon approval, an email confirmation will be sent together with the payment instructions. Please note that the facilities will only be booked upon receipt of payment. Refunds are not allowed.

 

 

Usage of Sports Facilities

 

  • For verification purposes, users are to bring along their TP Alumni Card/NRIC and payment receipt prior to the usage of sports facilities, and to collect keys/sports nets/equipment at the SDAA counter.
  • Users can only use the facilities for the hour(s) that they have booked.
  • Users are only allowed to use the facilities with fellow alumni. No external guests are permitted.
  • Proper attire must be worn at all times when using the facilities.
  • The use of the sports facilities in TP is strictly subjected to the rules and regulations of the premises in effect at any time.
  • Please note the following for the use of the Swimming Complex:
    -  Lanes are available daily at the Competition and Training Pools, except when reserved for CCA trainings.
    -  Please note that the pools may also be reserved for major competitions and activities during other periods. You can check in advance by emailing alumni@tp.edu.sg.
