Course Overview

This program provides both understanding and practical application, so participants can make a positive difference to others; and become a better leader, respected by all.

The program is underpinned by the principles of how we learn and upskill.

Participants will have hands-on practise with a 'coach-buddy' throughout the program.

Who Should Attend

People interested to integrate (facilitative) coaching principles into their work as managers and as people developers, whether in organizations or as independent coaches & consultants.

What You'll Learn

At the end of this course, you will be able to:

Recognise one's existing skills and practise them
Influence people by asking the right questions
Create sticky and useful tips in leading others

Mode of Assessment

Short Answers – measure participants’ understanding of key concepts and application of concepts learnt for each topic.

Hands-on practice of key skills outside of app.

Participants will receive an electronic Certificate of Completion issued by Temasek Polytechnic upon completion of each MLC.

Dr. Angus McLeod

Dr. Angus McLeod is the author of several books in multiple languages, especially in the fields of coaching and leadership, and is famously known for his adage “simple can mean better.”

Dr. McLeod has facilitated master-classes in coaching around the world. He is a long-time contributor on national TV and radio; interviewed on leadership and coaching. He is sought after for keynote presentations at conferences, as well as being a model for best-practice in coaching on training programs. He received the 2015 Global Leadership in Coaching Award, ICC, Mumbai.

Prof. McLeod has held thirteen corporate Board appointments in the UK and USA. He has been Visiting Professor of Coaching at Birmingham City Business School, UK. and is a research supervisor of PhD research since 2010. He lives in the UK and US.
