The SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP) is a nationwide Train-and-Place effort led by SkillsFuture Singapore aimed at helping mid-career professionals gain relevant skills for smooth transitions into new jobs or industries. At Temasek Polytechnic, these SCTPs last from three to six months and are available as full-time and part-time options to fit different schedules and availability. Developed alongside seasoned industry specialists, the programmes focus on practical knowledge that aligns with changing market needs and enhances participants’ ability to compete effectively in Singapore’s job market.
The SCTP is available to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents aiming to transition into new career paths or rejoin the workforce. Participants must commit entirely to the programme and satisfy all training criteria, such as meeting attendance thresholds and passing evaluations.
